"This cabin was excellent, resonably priced, and in a great location. The only caveat is that the description nor pictures made it clear that all bedrooms (and single bathroom) were on the 2nd floor. If I would have known this I would have booked elsewhere as I had with me an elderly mother who has difficulty with staris. Beyond that, the place was excellent, and I would book again if I were going by myself."

"Do not hesitate to book this property. We took a family vacation with grandparents, parents, a teen, and a tween. The house would have easily accomodated young children, as well. It was updated, clean, bright, deceptively spacious, and you cannot beat the location. We walked to the beach so many times! There are spaces to watch tv, build a puzzle, sit and read in peace, nap, get some sun on the patio, etc. Parking was easy for two cars, quiet neighborhood, and the owner was kind and...

"House is great and has everything. The one remote to operate the a/c in one of the upstairs bedrooms needed new batteries (we think). Also we think the entry lock battery is low as it kept going out on us mid code. We wrote the Vacasa people and they wanted us to buy new batteries. NO. It up tk the property manager to take care of this."

"This was an unusual situation in that we were getting together to honor and remember three immediate family members we'd lost over the past four years. Cape Cod has always been a special place to us, Hyannis in particular. So there was a lot of pressure as the location could make or break the experience. In making the arrangements I assumed the description of the property had to be slightly exaggerated but the pictures were beautiful, it was pet friendly, and the reviews were all very positive....

"The maid had not come. We had to wash our own bedding and towels. When we did laundry and also the dirty dishes that were left behind, we caused a flood in the laundry room. The trash bins were all full. The tv in the main room was smashed. No one returned my texts for 4 hours. When they did, they told us we were going to be "forced moved" to another town at 8:30 pm the night before Thanksgiving. We refused. They promised a plumber to come but never did the whole 4 days. A new tv was dropped off...
