"Great amenities. Very clean. A short drive to Breckenridge shopping, great restaurants, and a fully stocked grocery minutes away. Susan (owner) was exceptionally accessible and accommodating! She contacted us before our arrival, and promptly answered our questions after we arrived too. We came the first weekend in October and missed a lot of the aspen leaf changes but it’s hard to judge exact times with nature. "This was a great place to stay for a spring ski trip to A Basin. The bus that goes up to A Basin stops right next to this property, so it was very easy to get up to the mountain. The studio condo was very nice--well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and very clean. The check out instructions were a little confusing--not communicated when I checked in, and I could not figure out where the garbage was supposed to go. "This was the perfect size for the two of us. The front office staff was very friendly and the check in process was easy. It was great having a parking garage spot. The pool wasn’t open, but they gave us access to a pool and hot tubs at another location! It is so close to walk to Main Street! Only suggestion would be to get a new blanket and hair dryer. The blanket was stained and quite old. The hair dryer had wires showing. But I would definitely stay here again!"

"This property was a gem, sitting less than 1/4 mile from the walk/bike trails with a view of the marina. Great for our family of 5. Property management was responsive and checked back in with us after quickly helping us resolve the issue. i hope to stay here again."

"The view and the room were great, even with minor things needing repair. Pool and hot tubs were not open during our stay, which was not communicated to us beforehand, so that was super disappointing."
