"We like staying here because of the price. The receptionist was so nice and the room was clean with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. It is quiet, too. The beds are pretty hard but we slept fine. We've used it twice, we wouldn't hesitate to reserve a room again!"

"This place is a dive. Smelled like smoke everywhere even in non-smoking room. Dumpster in the lobby? Sheets did not look washed had holes in them and 2 cockroaches in our room. Yuk!"

"This was first time at the Brut. My husband, kids and I loved it. The room was very nice!!They texted us before we arrived and we were able to text the front desk with any questions throughout our stay. They even shuttled us to the Gathering Place early in the morning. The pool was very nice and the little coffee shop had the best coffee. We will definitely go again. Our top hotel so far that we’ve strayed in while visiting Tulsa. "
