"The rooms are large and sound proof. It's nice having a coffee maker and fridge in the room. The beds are comfortable. I love the floor to ceiling windows that have beautiful city views. My only complaint is that the water pressure overall isn't good. It wasn't good for the bathroom sink or in the shower."

From the couple of phone calls I made prior to checking in, to walking into the lobby, to coming and going and to checkout, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful !!! So very nice! It felt like walking into a movie set in the lobby and the room! Very pleasant atmosphere and experience the entire stay! We stayed here to go to a concert at The Rave, which was right across the street . The shuttle drove us over to keep us warm! Convenient parking in the garage onsite. "

"As usual, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Knickerbocker on the Lake. I love being able to walk to Juneau Park safely to enjoy the out of doors. When visiting in the summer, I always take advantage of the Juneau Park Beer Garden. This visit was the first time I ate at the Knick, the on-site restaurant. I had the best grilled shrimp mango salad."
