"We really enjoyed our stay right on the lake! The neighborhood was quiet and great for talking walks. We enjoyed the firepit with a perfect view of the water. The pace was clean, updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay."

"This was a very well-appointed, clean, comfortable suite, perfect for our weekend stay. The host was super nice and accomodating and the location was great for our needs. I did take off one star because the property does need better outside access to the suite entry (stairs / walkway). But that was the only negative. All in all, a great experience."

"The Seneca River home was a pleasure to stay at for my wife, family and I while we visited local family in the Baldwinsville area for Thanksgiving. "House was perfect for our needs -- a long parents weekend visit to Colgate. Not exactly Colgate adjacent, but convenient to the airport, Syracuse and right on Lake Oneida and 30 min to Colgate. Just down the road from Verona Beach State Park and it's possible to keep walking to Sylvan Beach -- and with perfect fall weather it was an amazing walk. House was great to cook in and made for a fine remote work location. I only wish we'd made better use of the she shed /man cave b/c it is an awesome...

"We had an amazing time staying at Bob and Katie's place! We visited during the peak of winter and experienced lots of snow, which gave us breathtaking views—absolutely beautiful. The house was well-heated and fully equipped, perfect for spending cozy moments indoors. Plus, there’s a convenience store just 3 minutes away with everything you might need. Highly recommend it!"

"The location and house are great! Only down side to the property is a rock wall that is between the house and lake that makes it harder to access in the winter. Overall, extremely clean inside and I will definitely be coming back!"

Close to the town and hiking trails. We would surely stay at this location again. Also the hosts are great very communicative and kind."

"We stayed for a few nights over the holidays. The space is a renovated antique barn with absolutely beautiful and rustic interior decoration. The bed was so comfy, we cooked a few meals in the apt as well, and enjoyed a lovely morning walk around the pond into the neighboring field/park they’ve cleared. Host was extremely responsive and easy to contact. We had a very lovely time!"
