"We love this place it's so cozy and charming. Specially with all the upgrades they did. The only downside is the restaurant, I would not have dinner there again but there are great options around, like Boema."

"It’s unique historical property. The front desk allowed us to check in three hours early due to it’s a snowy day. We had a lovely thanksgiving dinner in the restaurant belongs to the hotel. "

"wonderfully restored old mansion. Rooms were charming... nicely designed. In fact the entire facility has been thoughtfully brought into today's design standards. Very accomodating staff... although many appeared to be a training mode. Need to improve the professionalism a bit. They have a new general manager (had only been there about 2 weeks when we visited)... seems he has a number of things on his agenda that will improve the property even more. Food was good... but not wonderful. ...

"It’s challenging to read the reviews and know what to expect for this hotel. One main reason for that is because each unit is owned by different owners. Some units may have been renovated more recently than other units. I booked 3 rooms. One unit had an old electric stove with coils while the other had a newer electric stove. 1 had a toaster oven while the others did not. We brought food to cook, but kept it simple because we didn’t know what cooking pots and utensils would be available. One...
