"The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Chichester and only a 10 min walk from the Festival Theatre. Room was very comfortable, if a little small, and the breakfast was cooked to order, not from a buffet. Our room and the hotel generally was very clean."

"Overall we had an excellent stay, fantastic location centra to outlet, dock yards, restaurants, Spinnaker tower and the ferry to IOW. On the first night we when we got to the room we noticed some dry paint shavings that had fallen from the ceiling to the floor, staff were happy to love us to another room and apologised. Wayne in particular was extremely helpful and friendly as were the other front of house and manager. Car parking was in gunwharf quays. For breakfast you’re allowed to take away food in brown bags or while paper boxes which was helpful. The rooms are standard with a clean kettle and bed but we loved our stay. Would recommend. "

"Great hotel, and great staff. Rooms are clean, but they do need a hook in the bathroom for the towel when you come out the shower. Only minor, but it would be good. :) "
