She had the time of her life, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to create these cherished memories. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, we experienced hospitality at its finest—every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay truly exceptional. The methi mathi and cornflake peanut mix in the room was a sure hit! A heartfelt thank you to Rabi, Angshuman, and Saswati at the restaurant, who went above and beyond to pamper us and our little one with their warmth and care. We also deeply appreciate the lifeguards at the beach, who kept a watchful eye on our adventurous daughter, ensuring her safety while she enjoyed every splash of the sea! Just one suggestion to include milk less tea options (Green/Black/Flavoured) as well for your evening tea as nowadays a lot of us have either lactose intolerance and or going vegan. We leave with full hearts and beautiful memories—already looking forward to our next visit!"

Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back."
