Right on the tidal river and seemingly in the middle of nowhere—but super close to anything we needed in Ellsworth. "Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Was pleasantly surprised. Host Mike was awesome. Very attentive and responded quickly to our emails. This property was well equipped. We needed nothing. Location on phillips lake was a plus. It is only a 45 minute ride to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park.. we are hoping to come back in the summer"

"We loved this place. VERY clean and fresh. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Easy check-in. Very secluded location so we didn't get any unwanted traffic. One bed on the main floor wasn't big enough for two of us, but there was another full-sized bed upstairs (and several single beds). This was a great place for a couple or a small family. We would stay here again without a doubt."
