"The Room was very niçe and clean quiet. Front desk person was not very helpful when I checked in but the one who was there in the am when i checked out was super friendly. Will be staying again!!!!"

"When I first walked into the office it smelled clean and looked clean. Thats was a gear sign. Front desk was very kind. I went to my room and it smelled great. Itnlolke perfect. Im happy I stayed here. It was very cheap and better than any other place. I travel a lot. This place is a gem. I stayed at a different hotel last night and you couldnt pay me to sleep at that horrible place ever again. I will stay here every time I come to Dubuque now."

"What an adorable lakeside home, and with all the comforts of home! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, location was perfect, loved all the wildlife right outside our door, even bald eagles and a pelican, in addition to the geese. So awesome to be able to use the canoe on a peaceful warm afternoon. Couldn't be happier we chose this home. "We wanted a place to stay within walking distance to downtown Galena with at least 2 bathrooms. The Harrisson house fit the bill! We were able to enjoy our homemade breakfast then off to downtown for shopping, the historic blacksmith shop & living Christmas windows!"
