The main lampshade was a large 'white' feather arrangement which looked filthy, had cobweb coming off it.The bed was fairly comfortable & bedding was clean. The bathroom was fairly clean although the area between the shower & basin looked dirty. The TV didn't have reception. Unable to rate staff as we saw no-one, entering & leaving via key safe."

Arundel is quite small so you're only minutes away from everything. The host, Lucie, was very kind and asked if we have everything we need as soon as we got our room. "Just stayed for 2 nights & has a lovely clean & modern room & on suite bathroom. Assortment of teas & coffee, hot chocolate plenty of milk, crisps, alpen bars & mini cheddars with a caraf of water awaited my arrival. Also provided with a hairdryer, iron & ironing board so I wanted for nothing, fantastic room & very close to the beach & plenty of places to eat & drink."

"It is an Bed and Breakfast in a country side home. The host were very kind and hospitable. It felt like being a guest in your grandma's house. They accomodated our schedule with no complaints."

"The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again."

"Good place to stay, very near the shopping outlet. Parking can be bit tricky as you have to get a permit to park in the street, and we could not find parking close to house, so had to travel 5 mins to park."

"A really lovely little place to stay. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Having kitchen facilities to use is a bonus although we didn’t use them. The shower wasn’t great (rain head only) and I really struggled to work it. It would also be great to have a mirror in the bedroom area for getting ready as the only mirror was in the bathroom. "
