"Great location and the views of the Hazards were great. Bed was comfie with great linen but we felt the house needed a ‘good’ clean, it wasn’t dirty but could go up the next level. We didn’t use the barbecue but that was left dirty. The agent was great to deal with and gave us some great tips. Wine Bay cruise was fantastic."

Hotels.com were not helpful but the communication with the hotel manager was fantastic and she helped get things finalised (lucky for us they had a room).
