"The building has turn-of-the-century (1900) charm, with an apartment that has been fully renovated with all the quality and amenities I would look for. Walking distance to downtown Troy, with all its beautiful little shops and restaurants. Street parking was always available. And th property manager was exceptionally responsive. Highly recommend. "

"We had a great time in the cottage. It was perfectly cozy for our family of 6. The cottage has everything you need to have fun on a cold winter night. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and board games! Thanks for a lovely stay - we will come back in the summer!"

"Great home, property, and location! We needed a space for 11 and this was perfect. Could not enjoy the outdoor amenities because of the winter weather, but they looked fun. Very nice setup inside, well furnished and decorated. They even had white-noise/sleep machines, which came in handy with 11 people. Overall wonderful experience!"

"As is our custom we picked a place to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. The location is usually in an area that is quiet, out in the country. This property did not disappoint us. Vivianna is a great host, always answering any questions or concerns. Great location, tucked away off the road, but close to all things one may need. "The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, providing us with hiking ideas, questions regarding the house and suggesting best shopping spots for incidentals. The living room was cozy, seating five comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking a Thanksgiving meal was a pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves."

"This home is so beautiful and homey! Very accurate to the photos, if not better in person. Spent the weekend away from the city to recharge and this was the perfect home to do so. Highly recommend! "

"The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon."

"A group of 10 friends (we are in out 40's) and I stayed here for a yearly gathering that we do. Every person was amazed at the rental. It was warm, clean, inviting and the kitchen jad everything that i needed to feed 10 people over the weekend.The game room was amazing and kept the group active indoors. Within a mixed vacation home residential area on a lake it was very quiet in the fall, but likely more bustling in the summer, but it is in a lake community.
