"Large building hidden atop of hill at the end of a cul den sac with fantastic views looking at onto the ocean as you walk out of the reception. A quick walk up the steps outside the front of the hotel and you can see for miles out on the sea front. Hotel itself well looked not a 4 or 5 star but good if your on a budget the rooms are basic but clean. The bar restaurant area is probably the best most up-to-date modern part of the hotel. Well stocked bar and I didn't eat any of the set menu but...

There was work going on while we were there which was a minor inconvenience but the room we stayed in was the real let down. Dated and uncared for. The bathroom was poorly finished and the shower was not the cleanest. The flooring was lifting and squishy in places and the room itself smelt of damp.
