"While planning a fly fishing trip on the Beaverkill river, we came across this rental property and it fit the bill perfectly for us. Although the weather didn't cooperate as far as the fishing goes (temps were in the mid to upper 80's), the house remained comfortable inside for sleeping at night. "It’s a nice house surrounded by woods and ferns. We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and the host was good at communicating with us both in advance and during our stay. Unfortunately we were there during a heat wave, with prolonged extremely high temperatures unusual for the area/season, and one of the bedrooms was too hot to sleep in (air conditioner unit is in the living area & didn’t reach that room).
