"Had a hard time figuring out how to adjust the temperature. It was warm in the room, but I did open the windows more which helped a great deal. Wouldn’t recommend for elderly people or anyone with difficulty climbing stairs."

"A great place to stay. Very friendly and helful staff. Easy parking just on the oither side of the road, lovley building and tastefully decorated comfortable rooms. Didn't dine in for dinner as we were in a rush but the dining area looked fantastic and the menu looked great. Would highly recommend a stay here."

"The owner was so friendly and accommodating, my room was spotless, had plenty of fresh towels, water, tea and coffee selection plus biscuits! Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Excellent value for money. I would recommend and stay again "

"Great hospitality from the staff. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced for a basic continental spread. I would have expected the continental breakfast to be included with the room rate. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous! I would love to dine there again. When I got my final bill for my stay (room and breakfast) I was asked if I wanted to add further gratuity to it which was a little surprising and made me feel a bit awkward. "It was perfect for the lone female business self employed traveller and had everything I needed , fridge, microwave. These were a godsend. Only thing I would change is the height of the basin and mirror in the bathroom . I’m a average height female at 5’ 4” and the basin and mirror are set at a 6’2” male I’m sure lol apart from that all good would definitely stay again :) "
