"Very lovely hotel, impressed with the communal spaces and amazed to even have a high quality gym room. The breakfast room is lovely and particularly nice experience being greeted and served by a very friendly team member. The only negative I would say, although the room is very nicely decorated the bathroom detailing could be improved …. Round the shower, floor tile grout etc needs refreshing. The heated towel rail was going rusty . "

"Such a lovely room in a gorgeous house. The decoration is beautiful. Bed was amazingly comfortable, didn't want to leave. Excellent location and easily found free parking in the streets nearby. Would highly recommend. Hope to be back again soon "

"What a fabulous guesthouse. The quality of furnishings, cleanliness and amenities were first class. The little touches just make the difference like a great coffee machine, selection of teas, bathroom quality products and fluffy towels! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Oh and breakfast in bed was divine! "

"The apartment was clean and exactly what we was looking for as it was just a base for us to sleep and shower. The staff are friendly, unfortunately parking is not free and is quite expensive and they say there is parking in the area, unfortunately southsea/Portsmouth is on the ball with parking and is mostly only available for locals with a parking permits. If you like pubs,bars and restaurants you are in the right area as there are loads around. Yes i would stay there again."
