"Comfortable and functional apartment in back of host home. Bathroom on 2nd floor. A little inconvenient and a challenge for seniors. Should be fully disclosed. Host should be more attentive to some basic needs. Only a half roll of toilet tissue and paper towels upon our arrival. No salt pepper or sugar. Dishwasher was very dirty. We hand washed everything. Closest gas or convenience store 25 minutes to Oneonta or Cooperstown."

"We spent several days at the farm resort and we had a great experience! The property is spacious and we all had our own space to spread out. The game room, which includes ping pong, pool, a hot tub, darts, and board games were used everyday. We had homemade scones and blueberry muffins delivered to us, which were delicious.
