Not a great range of food on offer and you had to book your lunch and dinnertimes on the morning which doesn't give flexibility. One Negative was we booked this hotel for the Spa. The spa has been out of action since at least June according to an employee. It has not been amended on the websites or expedia. Very disappointed! "

"I had an issue with my reservation, but the supervisor, Janel, resolved it within a couple of hours. The space is quiet and peaceful, though smaller than it appears in the photos. Overall, it was a good experience. If you're looking for a place to escape and clear your mind, this is the perfect spot."

"The property is closing soon in order to refurbish so we overlooked very small issues that were in need of repair. We stayed in a beach front junior suite with a wonderful balcony. Our room was in very good condition. The entire staff was amazing! We were treated with curtesy, friendly service and smiles. The two restaurants on the property were outstanding. "Meals were delicious. Unfortunately housekeeping closed at 4:30 and no one had the keys to housekeeping. Small issues had to handled the next day. They should offer late night snack for guests or add vending machines. "
