"Nice location and overall nice room. Had there not been someone who lived next door we would not have been able to open tbe door, the lock is so confusing. The mattress on the bed dips where people have slept on it. There were a few other things but they were more incidentals."

"This property was very serene and beautiful. Very well kept property and check in and out were seamless. Even with the owners, a full-time tenant and guests in the other rental on the property we had complete privacy. The bed could stand for an upgrade and maybe more comfortable seating. The addition of an electric burner would complete the ability to prepare meals which would be nice. Overall a great place."

"Studio B unit is in the back of property, where we enjoyed the privacy and window view to a quaint tree filled yard. We enjoyed the visit by 2 deer the 1st morning. The bed sheets were clean and soft on the comfortable king bed. Kitchen had all the amenities needed for our 4 day stay here in Ashland, would stay again!"

"The information about the place is incomplete. I thought I booked a cabin however it was a room in the motel. The heater can't be regulated and it was either too hot or too cold in the room. The place is nice though with a beatiful lake view and lots if birds to watch. Breakfast is not included and we had to drive 20 miles to get anything to eat. Bring your own snacks. "
