The night host was great in accommodating our requests but then didn’t give us a run down of the lay of the hotel or door wouldn’t lock you could just open it without a key… if you stay past one night probably not a problem but day two you see the blood stains on the wall and the amenities are very skimped. We were woken up at 5am with above stomping and screaming and then kids running around until midnight the second night. Room phones were disconnected…

I waited 30 minutes just for someone to come to the desk to check me in. They I was given the wrong room and when I went back I was told they didn’t have my room. I paid more for 2 beds and they gave me one bed. The desk lady said it was not her fault and I couldn’t talk to a manager until Monday. She said I was given the room due to only having 2 adults. I don’t want to sleep in the same bed as the other adult and again I had to pay more for 2 beds. I should have got the room I paid for. I’m very angry and was not once apologized to all she kept saying was it was not her fault and no one could help me until Monday.

We had a great stay at the Wyndham. The next morning I checked my credit card and was charged both by Expedia and by the hotel. It took me almost an hour the next morning to get that resolved. Otherwise, our stay was great. There's a few pieces of furniture that need to be updated at the hotel because they are showing obvious wear. Great job to Kael at the front desk this morning for helping me get the payment issue resolved.

The property was great, the fact that Expedia overbooked us, wasn't great. My 27 year old son slept on a roll out mattress on the floor, so that he didn't have to share our King bed with my hubby and I.

The bathroom needs updating, several areas of temporary fixes, corrosion in the bathtub, signs of water leaks, tissue shoved in holes in the wall. The rooms appeared nicer than in person, but they were clean, just need some much needed updating and repair and maintenance. Our keys continued to stop working had to continue to go to the front desk. The outside entrances were not locked. Breakfast was not great.
