"I really needed a rest day on my Camino de Santiago, and the hotel was simple and perfect. Rooms are clean, oldies but goodies. At the bar-reception, Thiago was very nice and helpful. The hotel is a good, safe option, if you are not looking for luxuries but convenience. It's centrally located, blocks away from all the historic places, and close to all dining and bars in town."

However, the bedding smelled like it was not dry and the pillow smelled, so I put on the cover I brought and slept. "Staff were fabulous and very helpful. Lovely character hotel which could have been made something special with a bit of thought. Great location if you like staying in the centre of a town, not ideal if you don't. Very easy to find but the parking was dire. My room was of good size but needed updating I thought it expensive for what it was. It also was the hottest room I have ever stayed in with a little fan which was less than useless. Food was OK but nothing special. "
