"We had a nice stay with our family in one of the mountain cabins, the camp is located in a green area where you can completely relax. The staff is always friendly and very helpful, dare to ask and you will be served. Tip: you should definitely visit the Prachov rocks in Adršpach."

"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use.
