"The room was ok , had to pay extra for another room as partner couldn’t get in lifts as room was on 10th floor .Bathroom had makeup on the tiles ,so it wasn’t cleaned properly before we get there , dust in the wardrobe ,other wise it was ok"

"Visited for a family funeral recently and the staff were so kind, polite and helpful. Greeted with a smile at every occasion and a warm Cooke on check in. Breakfast was lovely, not greasy and plenty to choose from. Gym was well equipped and air conditioned. Pool was warm and clean. I stayed in the newly refurbished rooms which were clean and spacious.
