"This was an ideal property for us, on one level, a group of 3 pensioners, one who needed wheelchair access. It was clean, equipped well for our needs, with hosts who responded quickly to any queries and were particularly helpful when we encountered a medical emergency. Thank you Claire and Dan "

"The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. "

"A comfy home, lots of space and everything we needed for a great stay. The balcony came into its own on a beautiful sunny weekend and the walk into the harbour along the Marine or the beach via Zig-Zag path was lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Folkestone!"

"This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. "

"I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry."

"Check in easy, location fabulous. Bed comfortable - we slept really well - must be the sea air! The extra touches for our furry friend were spot on - doggy bowls and doggy treats were most welcome. Only very small gripe - we could’ve done with bigger towels but overall what a lovely break we had. "

"Very nice penthouse. Our host took very good care of us. And the flat really has everything ready for you! Truly handy are all the shops on your doorstep and the beach is only a 15 minutes walk away."
