"This was our fifth time staying at this adorable farmhouse! Very cozy and clean and minutes away from Massanutten. Typically we drop the kids off to snowboard and we go explore the neighboring towns! Cute wineries, a lavender farm, and JMU near by! "

"Tough place to find when we arrived at night, but reading the reviews i knew this. I would recommend a sign at the "Y" in the drive way to point to the house. The house itself was very nice. There is definitely a smell of dogs in the house so if that is an issue, this may not be your place. I was not able to utilize the outdoor spaces or the river because of a storm. I was there for a JMU finction and it was in a great location, far enough yet close enough. Again the only issue is the dog smell,...

"This home is absolutely stunning. There have been tons of upgrades while still keeping with the integrity of the original house. It was still decorated for Christmas and my children loved keeping the tree lit. You won't be even a little disappointed in this house!"

"We were in town for a wedding weekend and found this charming farmhouse and were immediately hooked! Our stay was great, the house was exactly what we were looking for and we really enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and watching the cows in the fields. The outdoor space didn’t get used too much but was so nice and the heaters made it very comfortable. "Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed the stay on this lovely farm! The cottage is authentic, comfortable, and well-equipped. Our boys most enjoyed playing with the friendly family pets, as well as taking a stroll through the fields to see some farm animals. The hosts also have a restaurant in town where we had a delightful meal during our stay. My only regret is that our schedule was so full of events that we didn't have even more time to spend in this beautiful and relaxing atmosphere."
