"We stayed for a long weekend as a group of friends and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is really well located for local transport - road, rail and bus which we utilised fully. The area surrounding the cottage is hard to beat as it is in easyreach of Conwy, Bangor and Snowdonia. The cottage itself has everything needed for a gteat stay. Would thoroughly recommend."

"The house is perfect for us, the utility room is great for 8 people with lots of coats and shoes, beach toys etc. The kitchen is well equipped and linked to a lovely dining area with an attractive solid table. There’s plenty of space to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms very nice also. The garden is a good size , room to play, eat or sunbathe We really enjoyed our holiday. Excellent location."

The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. "Our 3rd time, cozy, well equiped small old cottage, seconds walk from to the sea front, a couple minutes from the nice Seagrass cafe. Ten minute walk up the road next to the river to the Chip shop, Chinese or Curry house which does very good indian food been 3 times. Walk up past the lights a few more minutes to a decent co,op or a bit futher and over the bridge to a old dog friendly pub with beer garden next to the river, nice few pints there lol oh and plenty free parking near the cottage plus...
