Modern Kiwi holiday home, sunny and very spacious, 1 ensuite bedroom plus 2nd bathroom, big deck and fabulous lawn for the kids with badminton net and raquets. 5 mins from a lovely swimming beach at Onawe and a boat ramp at Duvauchelle, no problems with parking here:) Duvauchelle Store for ice cream, fish n chips & a beer. Golf course literally on the doorstep. 10 mins drive into Akaroa for all of the best restaurants and shops.

Our stay
We had great, fast communication with Lesley throughout which was a great start and we got to Duvachelle to discover a lovely spacious home with a relaxed feel with everything you needed and more. With a 6 month old it was so well set up with a washing machine and separate end of the house bedrooms. Super handy to the launching ramp and close by to the amentiites of both Duvachelle and Akaroa. Lesley even empties the dishwasher and washes the bedding if your require- great value and homely vibe Thankyou :)

Quiet getaway
Large comfortable home. Pool table and Fusball were great fun. Convenient base for accessing Akaroa and surroundings. We all enjoyed our stay their.

Great spot
Great house with lots of room, both inside and outside. Lovely location, and the house was well appointed. Lesley was a great host, even bringing us around an iron when we needed one. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us.

Easter Break
Overall, very clean, comfy, well serviced house. Peaceful location. Pool table could not be used properly as one pool cube did not have a tip and we noticed the top on one side was coming away. Not by us! Would certainly stay there again if needed for family
