"The apartment is fantastic, clean and very complete. Unfortunately I couldn't get the dryer to dry my clothes, not even after studying the manual on Internet. A real bummer was that we didn't get any directions before we arrived, so that we had to wait in the pouring rain for a long time after messaging the owner for the key vault code. We met two guests with the same experience, one girl even in tears. "

"The property was double booked. Our payment went through the night before, after which the host would've received a message. However, sadly it was beyond this individual to let us know right away and instead they just left us swinging, waiting for access details they were never going to send. We spent ages trying to get in touch with them, including a 10-minute call to VRBO in the USA. When we finally managed, they simply told us we couldn't get in and to just ask for a refund. Utterly...

"Lovely 4 night family stay, weather not great but enough time between showers for walking. Hot tub a bonus as it doesn’t matter what the weather is to make full use. One item missing from the kitchen was a sieve so we had to get creative for pasta and vegetables. Could also have done with some kitchen clothes (J cloths or similar) and some coat hooks for hanging up wet coats etc."
