"We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"We loved staying at this location! The house was very comfortable, our whole family kept saying "it feels like we're staying at Grandma's house!". "This was our first stop on a trip all around Germany and was the perfect place to stay as we explored the Black Forest region. "Modern and beautifully decorated apartment. It is well furnished. In a nice little village surrounded by vineyards. Not far from Black Forest National Park and Baden-Baden.
