The house seems like it had previously been occupied by an elderly relative with Victorian tastes, but has been modernised without losing the character. Some of the updates have been done a bit cheaply, but mostly it has been tastefuly, well done. Overall a great guesthouse."

"Without a doubt the reception staff on duty were absolutely the best. Their warm & friendly greeting and service made us feel welcome the instant we got to check in desk. Apartment was really very spacious and well furnished. Lovely views of the harbour from the apartments 3 balconies. Definitely recommended for families or friends seeking a getaway. Only problem I had was with the lifts from 5th floor. We had to walk across quiet a distance every time we needed to leave our apartment due...

Eventually after 9pm she answered her phone, promised to make a plan to meet up and hand over keys, and then nene answered my calls from that day forward So NO I did not actually get to stay at the place and I want a complete refund as I now had to risk to find a place to stay late at night, with a child and dog in tow Explain that"
