"Amazing hotel in a great beachside location. Booked the Soul Superior and it was perfect for a few nights stay. The hotel is beautiful, with so many facilities and services on offer. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Super clean, well designed and so close to the beach front with walking distance to their Sailing Club for pool use and restaurant/bar. Would definitely stay again and recommend if looking to be a good distance away from the hustle and bustle, and have some quiet relaxing time. Gill"

"The property is close to night market and grocery store with lots of dining options. They provide a golf cart service where the staff will take you to and from these places free of charge. Staff speaks english. The accommodation all comes with private washroom and toilet. A $7US uber ride to the downtown core. The rooms are clean with daily housekeeping. The private pool helps you cool off on a hot day. The staff are very helpful. Reach out to them if you need airport shuttle pick up drop off, free. They have a buffet breakfast with lots of selection and it is tasty. I would definitely stay again. "

"Night market right across where you have plenty of food choices....lots of seafood and rolled ice cream! Very helpful in helping us rent a motor bike to tour the island. Easy access to beach. We even did a candle making workshop. Great mini vacation for us!"

"Wow. I wish I had booked more time here. Our villa was beautiful. The girl who checked us in was punctual, attentive and very helpful. Checked in many times and set us up with a van to get us to the airport. We booked the villa on a whim because we wanted to stay 1 extra night in phu Quoc with another family we were travelling with. Total we had 5 adults and 3 pre teen kids. We had more than enough space. The villa was well built and very comfortable. It was very close to a night market with tons to eat and things for the kids to do. "

"It’s an amazing hotel, we went to Phu quoc to stay at the Regent. We stayed on Their normal room with a sea view is huge, really big, clean, high quality finishing. After couple of days we changed our room to Pool Villa with Terrace. We stayed in many high class hotels around the world but this room “Pool villa with terrace” was the best one ever. Pool in the room is very big and trees around provides amazing shade. Bathroom, living room bedroom are all exceptional. Public pool in the hotel are nice there are 4 of them 2 of them in the roof top and 1 roof top pool is adults only but that didn’t matter for us as the other roof top pool also very nice which is for families too. Only one think I want to give review on, lunch was a bit of problem, Rice Market only has a dinner menu which is too much for a lunch time after having a big breakfast (pastries are amazing), so you only have one lunch option which is Oceans restaurant also has the same menu with dinner time. It would be really ideal if they changed the menu do more snacks and small appetizers for lunch time. Also has 2 bars and both adult only. We like to go to bars during our holiday we couldn’t because we have a child. I think there should be another bar for everyone. It’s often on this kind of hotels kids are allowed anywhere. Other than these 2 points. I definitely recommend it. It’s perfect in every way. "

"what i did not like: room was fine, not crazy dirty but our fridge was completely broken so we couldnt leave any drink or food in there. There is a ceiling light that doesnt turn off so whoever stayed in the room before ducktaped some instant noodle cup label over it to block the light. Almost felt like i was watching the lunar eclipse every night. WHAT I TRULY LIKED: short distance to walking street/food market. Easy ride to the airport. Front desk and hotel staff were friendly and the best, we forgot our expensive fishing rods by the walking street and the hotel manager was driving me around to look for them and calling the police department to check the cameras. We were able to find the cleaning lady and found our items on the street and brought it back to us all within 30mins right before our flight. And for that i am forever in debt with your kindness and generosity. Thank you!!!"

"Our 6 night stay at the Pullman was fantastic. The rooms are very stylish and comfortable, the whole resort has a great aesthetic and is perfectly clean. The buffet breakfast was superb, with many ethnicities accounted for, which provided us Canadians with some adventurous options, plus plenty of North American fall-backs. The pastries were delectable, and the various coffees were fantastic. The pool area and beach are chill and there were always chairs available at both. At night the resort was very quiet, which we liked; the Pullman is not for partiers. The service was impeccable and always with a friendly smile. Would highly recommend this resort. Phi Quoc as an island has so many options; we were quite active, and there are still a bunch of places and activities that we didn’t get to!"
