"The main issue I have with this place is that they say they’re 100m from the beach - not true! Maybe 100m from the road to the beach, but it’s another 1km to the beach. Otherwise, the bungalows are cute and the staff is nice. One odd thing about it was that light seeps into the room through the ceiling lights and even the corners of the walls at night. It’s also on a busy road. "

"The villas are located very close to the beach and all have a nice common area with kitchen and living room and a common pool. You need wheels though, because the best cafes and restaurants are in the north on the road to Duong Dong. It's only a ten minute drive on a scooter. I was there during the Epizode festival and it meant that there was a lot of loud music, so if you don't like loud house music stay away during those days around New Year :-).
