"The house was well appointed and everyone was very comfortable and felt at home the entire time. The space was laid out well and even when all nine of us were together we never felt crowded. Proximity to water, beach and dock was a huge plus. Blake was attentive, responsive and gracious. The huge screened porch and the fire pit were ideal family gathering spots. The views were fantastic. Everyone agreed that we would definitely stay here again."

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was just as described, a cozy cottage perfect for relaxing with beautiful riverfront views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the living room and main bedroom we used were comfortable, and the sun porch had great views where you could relax in the AC. The patio had a great dining table/umbrella, and the dock was perfect for fishing. Thank you for a lovely getaway cottage!"

"Memorial Day weekend my family and I wanted to get away and recharge. We have four children ranging from 16 - 6 y/o and 2 dogs. This rental property was perfect for us! When we were not at Hughlett Point Beach or Compass Entertainment Center, the children enjoyed the garage with darts, foosball and basketball. We be played games at night and enjoyed the morning sun out back. My husband and I were able to walk our dogs with ease and got to explore the neighborhood. I would recommend this property for anyone, or family looking to get away and relax! Communication with the host was excellent too!"

"We had a Men’s Fishing trip and the house was more than accommodating! We caught Perch and Catfish right from the pier and the views were truly amazing. Everything in the listing was accurate and the host communicated very well. We will definitely stay there again!!!"
