"Clean and tidy,staff lovely. Only problem was next door with noise, asked to turn tv down,did but 5 minutes later turned it back on. Got no sleep"

"Generally quite a nice hotel when I’ve stayed on earlier occasions. However, it’s a faff to keep checking in and out- I make individual bookings for each of the nights I stay, in case I need to change nights during the week. They have no way of linking the bookings. On this stay there were no coat hangers in the wardrobe - meaning I had to leave my clothes in my case. Finally, there was a large toenail clipping on the carpet……and it wasn’t mine!"
