"Each member of staff I encountered here was impeccable, friendly and welcoming with nothing too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious with stunning details wherever you turn. "The Flint was a very pleasant surprise. We stayed in a city facing suite containing fully equipped kitchen, pristine bathroom and comfortable bed. "Room was very clean and comfortable. There were no towels when we arrived but they were brought quickly when we phoned. Someone entered our room with a key at 10pm , they went immediately they realised but I don’t know how it happened.Room though was very quiet and a good temperature."

"We had a two night stay here which we enjoyed as it was comfortable and within easy walking distance to city centre restaurants and shops. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good apart from limited choice in cereals and fresh fruit etc, but that’s just personal choice, the cooked breakfast was good and I was happy to see that they had a vegetarian choice which hasn’t been provided in other hotels we’ve stayed in. "Great hotel and great breakfast. Only complaint was the extremely poor bar service. I watched several people come to the bar to get a drink but then leave again as no one served them. We had one drink before the concert and then went on because of this. Money walking out the door!"

"We stayed at the X Square for 3 nights. Check in was smooth and the staff really helpful. We had a king size room with a city view. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and plentiful. The hotel is opposite the City Hall, which is a beautiful building, and right in the centre of Belfast, so everything is walking distance. "The hotel was outside Belfast in a lovely quiet area. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The room for a family of 4 was spacious , clean, comfortable beds and everything we needed from irons to hairdressers, tea/coffee facilities. The hotel arranged a taxi for us into town. Restaurant and bar were lovely to sit and relax in. My son enjoyed the pool the best. We had a lovely stay and would come back."
