"The VIP Access allowed me free self-parking as well as an upgrade from Junior Penthouse to Penthouse which was a lovely bonus. The place was easy to find and park. There was no need to drive anywhere for dining as there were plenty of options all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The penthouse itself was a magnificent space which we thoroughly enjoyed staying in. "Visited on Sunday mothers day with twelve of the family all of whom really enjoyed the experience. The three course menue gave you plenty of options too choose from. I had the beef roast it was excellent all of our party really enjoyed their meals. The staff deserve a special mention they were brilliant very efficient, helpful and friendly. "The room was amazing and comfortable. There was refurbishment going on while we were there but the was not any disturbance of noise. The only downfall was the breakfast, the hot food often run out with long waiting time for this to be replenished."

"Very easy to find, in a pleasant location. Looks like the hotel has been recently refurbished, very clean and tidy. Room was well appointed and a good size. Good range of meals on the hotel restaurant menu. My 2 night stay was very good value for money."
