Our apartment has been recently renovated to cater specifically for guests and is located in the popular family-friendly suburb of Tainui - handy to beaches, parks and shopping areas.

Flexible Bedding Arrangements: We can offer a range of different bed set ups to carter to different groups. Please let us know in advance

Bedroom 1: Queen bed only
Bedroom 2: 1x King bed or 2x Single beds

Our co-host Simon is available to assist in a timely manner.

Situated in peaceful Tainui, our accommodation offers easy access to family friendly activities, and is not too far from cafe's supermarkets and eateries

The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.

Walk into the kitchen area to find a large breakfast bar and living space beyond. The fully equipped bathroom/ laundry comes off this area. Beyond the lounge, you will find 2 separate bedrooms.

Stay connected and entertained with free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. Our kitchen is fully stocked to ensure all the comforts of home.

There is a regular bus service that runs to and from town. The nearest bus stop is a 5 minute walk away, outside the Bowls Club on Tahuna Rd.

From the apartment, turn right onto Cavell St, and follow the road to the end, when you meet Tahuna Rd. Cross the road and turn right, and continue walking until you see the bus stop directly outside the “Dunedin Lawn Bowls Stadium” carpark.
