"Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer. Disappointed that there wasn’t any hand soap provided in the bathroom Apart from that we would come back as it is very spacious. "

"This property was an absolute dream. Fantastic views of Loch Ness, walking distance to Urquhart Castle, spacious, quiet, peaceful and clean. It was a bit difficult to find for the first time in the dark as it gets quite dark in Scotland, but that was more due to my unfamiliarity with the area than the instructions that were given. "The house was lovely and cosy and we had wide information about what we could do in the area thanks to Carol’s information. We truly enjoyed our stay and we had beautiful memories relaxing and seeing the beauty of the pond and views. The place is a 20 minutes from Inverness and 30 minutes aprox to Lochness. We had time to go to Fall Divach, Fairy Glen in Rosemarkie and watching dolphins in Chanonry Point. Beauly was very close to buy groceries and had nice dinner. "

"This was the perfect cottage in beautiful surroundings. It was our base for the week whilst we explored Loch Ness and other nearby towns and places. The cottage itself is beautifully decorated and homely. The boating on loch Knockie was also an added bonus and enjoyed by all. Catherine was very helpful and always responded to any queries quickly.
