"Horrible experience. We were placed in a stinky smoking room with non working TV, a sink that leak water, room keys that didn’t work (the manager finally gave us a master key so we can go in and out). The hotel look liked an abandoned place from a horror movie and the lobby was totally empty for hours at a time. "The room was filthy. We had to get new sheets and change the sheets. We booked the room for 2 people, but had 3 guests in the room including the giant cockroach. There were magots in the bottom of the trash can. We moved it outside. There was hair all over the bathroom. The hairdryer did not work. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The breakfast area was filthy. We cancelled the 2nd night we booked and are waiting for a refund. STAY AWAY!!!!"
