"Hotel was nice, clean enough, beds were a little stiff and rolled towards the middle. Pull out couch was decent. Staff brought up extra blankets and sheets right upon check in, but the room only had 3 towels and after we called for extra, 40 minutes passed before we called again, and our task had been marked completed. "We checked in an hour early and was welcomed . No problem. The lobby has coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Very good. The first night we drive to dinner and discovered it was right across the street. After that we walked….everything was so convenient. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Unfortunately both the pool and hot tub were crowded. But when it thinned out it was so relaxing. I would definitely go again."

"I love this property - the spa, infrared sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, regular pools, taco bar, Shante at front desk, the rooms, the EV chargers, the bikes. my only complaint was that i left my credit card during my trip at the main restaurant and no one notified me - despite having my exact name on the card - which would be expected at this high end of a resort."
