"The owner met us there and had the fire going. He was very nice and gave us a lot of pointers on where to go and what to see, not your typical tourist attractions. We were there for a few nights for our honeymoon and he had a little surprise waiting for us when we got there. If your looking for a quiet cool little place to stay I would highly recommend staying here. Our only negative was the bed was a little small for someone who is a bit taller."

"Comfortable lounge, well equipped facility, and perfect location! Five minute walk to downtown square & harbor. Plus was a washer & dryer as we were on a two week holiday. Finding the place was a little tricky. For future guests, it’s located across from the Portree High School. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"The name says it all, what a view. The View is centrally located and allows you to see the other locations on the isle. The house is in an isolated area but the are two restaurants within a short distance. There is a grocery store within a 10 minute ride. Of the 6 different places we stated in Scotland over our 14 day trip, we loved this one the best."

From the entertaining boat captain, Gus, to the modern decor of the cottage (with stunning views), this is the perfect destination for family/small-group gatherings or a quiet place to just unwind. "We absolutely loved our 10 days in Flora's amazing cottage. Check in was simple and hassie free. It was very clean on arrival and was really well equipped with everything you could need for cooking meals. All appliances worked well and were very easy to operate. An overall magical place and made us feel right at home. The property manager was super attentive, friendly and easy to reach. He also gave us some great recommendations.
