Upon entering the place you can tell it seems to be an old warehouse or parking garage that was renovated to be a living space. "Was great. Very tight parking accommodations. It says I can fit 3 cars but I doubt that. There were 3 other properties 1 of which was another one of his townhouses linked in with ours. The other two were residents that has plenty of other cars taking up space. It was hard to find and I had to call because I couldn’t find it. "Unit was immaculately clean and as advertised. Kitchen was unusually well supplied with quality cookware and tableware. Our favorite feature was having several windows on all four sides of the unit so we could enjoy the sunshine and sea breezes. Each time we needed to contact the host, she was quickly available with her response. One negative that is beyond the host's control are 5-6 very excitable & loud dogs that bark often, including wee hours of the night. It was only a minor annoyance...

"The simple studio proved to be perfect for my needs and would work for 2. It was clean at arrival, quiet, private and the covered patio was a second room. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciated the black out window coverings. Check-in was simple, the combination locking system secure and easy. I am planning to use it again."
