"We arrive a bit early, 1415 hours to be exact. When we went into the front desk area we were told that we were a bit early for check in. I didn’t mind that as I knew. We were early, but I did not feel welcomed. That being said, every other staff member we spoke to was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed speaking to the staff during breakfast and supper. "The property was not only located in the most convenient location imaginable (I was working in the castle, which is literally just across the road!), but the hotel is very nice in itself. The room I was in was small, but not in a bad way. I had space for everything I needed, the phone signal and WiFi were strong, the bed was comfortable, there were even complimentary biscuits! "fantastic and charming place! Be prepared to walk up the steps on the inside but it's very delightful once you're in. The bed is super comfy and the shower was brilliant and the view is amazing. East walk to the station, ferry port, and coastal walk. Lots of interesting books to read. If you make sure the windows are totally shut the road noise will be less noticeable. Delightful spot and felt very historical with real pride of ownership. Thank you, Jason and Howard!! "

"Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable. "

"Charming B & B. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty and cooked to order. On street parking could be hit and miss depending on when you returned to the B & B. However, once it got past 5pm, there were plenty of spaces available. Would definitely recommend this property."

"Though the steps to the entrance are steep, the property is charming and the hosts were helpful and lovely.The breakfast was excellent. Easy access to town. Directions from the host were helpful, but also well sign-posted and close-by. Local produce in the town was stunning."

"Lovely bed and breakfast just off the centre of Llandudno. Very clean, breakfast was lovely and the place was very quiet despite being a couple of minutes walk to the shops and pier. Free parking available for 3 cars around the back of the property. Recommended."

"Delightful stay here. Friendly owners. A few minutes walk to the Conwy Castle and some good pubs and restaurants. Steep slope to rear parking lot, watch your low bumper on exiting."

"Had a great stay, this was our second time staying at the cottage which has everything you need and more. Perfect location, just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Beach pavilion cafe 5 minutes away serving amazing food and cakes. Great communication from the hosts again. Nothing too much trouble. "

"Everything you could need for a peaceful relaxing stay. All the amenities literally on your door step Morrisons daily, chip shop, couple of pubs, chemist ice cream parlour and the beach literally a few foot steps from the door. The house was clean and had everything you could need and the hot tub was amazing. The garden is steep but we managed it ok it’s just to bear in mind of your not so good with. Steps would def stay again absolutely loved it "

"Lovely log cabin in a beautiful setting - unfortunately we arrived late due to traffic problems and had to leave early the next day, so did not get to fully appreciate the idyllic setting and surrounding areas - hope to return again to fully appreciate the place"

"Had a lovely stay and all staff were amazing. Was a misunderstanding thinking we had smoked in the room but was easily sorted once they realised stumps on the scaffolding were from the buildings outside. Is greatly positioned to see all around "
