"To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...

"We stayed the end of january. It was spacious enough for 5 adults. Beautiful property, very clean and well maintained. Great amenities in a perfect part of town to get wherever you need to go. Communication from host was amazing. We walked in and we felt like we were at home. There are small stairs in to the house and to two of the bedrooms. We were able to do laundry and fish off the dock. Did the heated pool which was great due to cooler weather. Good place to relax. The turtle hospital is 2...

"The place is EXACTLY as advertised. Host was immediately responsive. The place was VERY clean, and comfortable! Convenient location for anything you want to do in the Keys. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants - we highly recommend Island Fish Company! The pool was lovely and relaxing. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks for the memories!"

"This property is well setup for those wishing to bring their boats - it's a short idle out of the canals, fish filet stations, electricity, water, etc. We had a great time and Cecelia was very prompt with communication. "

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Coral Lagoon. It offers a great water views from the back porch and the balcony from the master bedroom. We caught a couple sunrises at the property. Its location was convenient to the turtle hospital, Crane Point Hammock, and Bahia Honda State Park. The home was clean. The only complaint we had was the beds weren't very comfortable. The mattresses seemed a bit dated. Overall, it was a great stay! "

"Very nice home. Well decorated, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed other than a few groceries. We rented bikes at Keys supply rentals in Marathon and kept them at the house. It was nice to ride around Duck Key. Back steps railing needs to be repaired. "
