Property was nice with plenty of room but could use a good cleaning. We had to wash dishes before use, wipe down counters and the table and the floors were dirty.

Property was nice. Prep crew could have removed cobwebs from balcony hand rail. Water pressure was lacking in the showers. Electrical issues thru out the house. Overall our family had a great time. The property needs a good cleaning from top to bottom. Also needs maintenance done so everything works.

Great house/location but some cleanliness issues
Beautiful home in a great location for visiting many national parks(Zion, Bryce Canyon, even North Rim Grand Canyon). The altitude was a benefit for the weather, but make sure to prepare for it. Check-in was tough as the code didn't work, but were able to get in touch with a very helpful person and finally used a different code to access. Bigger issues were many very dirty pans and dishes that resulted in us cleaning everything we used first. A couple had caked on remains of food on the entire pan, so had not even been washed at all. Other issue was a live mouse found in the master bathtub the morning we left. On further inspection, it looked like the issue was known about as a towel had been stuffed around the pipes going from the bathroom into the garage, but the mouse must have made its way up anyway. There were mouse droppings everywhere and I am very glad I found this the last day and not the first. Beautiful house and location, but just the few little details that caused the time to be less than a 5-star experience.
