"One hour before check-in, I received an email with the subject line "All is full, please cancel." This email, apparently sent by the apartment manager, came from a private email, not through the hotels.com system. The email was also not signed in a way to indicate who it came from. I almost deleted it as spam. Since I replied and got clarification, I was able to contact hotels.com and coordinate new lodging while we were still on the train to Bratislava. Excellent Stay

"Excellent stay, the staff were very friendly and professional from check in to check out. The room was large, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices and the lady at the front desk at breakfast whose name I forgot to get was very friendly, helpful and always smiling. The hotel is in a great location and overall I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a great stay in a beautiful city. "

"Fabulous hotel that is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Staff were great, good selection for breakfast and free mini bar that was re-filled daily. Location is a short walk into the old village. The restaurant at the hotel gets book3d really quickly and we were unable to dine there in the evening. I would definitely stay again."
