"This was one of the best places we stayed in a long time. All, really all was perfect. First of all, this tavern and hotel hosted some of the guests from the famous Titanic, and the premises are as beautiful now as they must have been, back then. Very well renovated and the upkeep is great. Nicely decorated rooms with complementary water for your enjoyment. We loved the little details to make sure the guests have everthing they might need in their rooms. Coffee, Tea, treats.There is no lift and...

"Period property so floors very uneven."

"Major issue with safety as bedside lamps were hanging by their electrical cord. Also arriving at 5pm the room was not ready as they were short of staff. Quality of food at breakfast was really good but took a long time to prepare and the staff were trying to close the dining area while guests were still eating"

"Nice stay, old school room on top of a pub and might have a bit of noise outside of the road but overall good stay, staff went out of the way to provide us breakfast the night before as we left early. Parking can be at the car parks nearby for free for the night... "

"This was our fourth time visiting the Cromwell Arms. It's a lovely little gem for a sneaky little night away for 2. Rooms are lovely and the pub serves delicious food. My only gripe was that they no longer give you the mini bottle of gin and tonic water in the room, which was always a nice touch, we got the normal bottle of bear.... but no gin for me :-(. "
