"We stayed in Cameo Cottage for 2 nights in July this year. Directions for finding the property were spot on. The cottage was very clean and the setting was tranquil. Everything was provided for us a home from home! The hot tub was most welcome as the weather this weekend was very not. We would thoroughly recommend Cameo Cottage for us it was perfect. Lovely garden with lots of squirrels to watch scurrying around & a nice park opposite too! Lovely stroll to the ferry and short crossing over to Gunwharf for a bit of retail therapy, lunch and boat watching! Nice dining table for evening of board games! Really comfy beds and good showers & baths! Easy to get a take away delivered and clear instructions...

My only disappointment was the back garden wasn’t secure, hole into neighbours garden, so couldn’t let my sister in laws dog out unleashed and there was poo either from a stray animal or previous renter."

"The cottage is quirky, as described but is also comfortable and attractive in an highly individual way. We spent a long (and very wet!) weekend there and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We met and briefly chatted to Mandy, the owner, who is very approachable and friendly.
