"Place was nice, clean but I would not consider it a luxury place. Furnishings were old, it was a little sparse and sterile. Very few kitchen amenities. Sea view is a stretch. more like 30 min to city center. Parking was very good as was security."

"A clean 3rd floor walkup with lovely view of the river. Convenient location and quieter than expected for a busy neighborhood. Only concern is there is a sign posted outside the building that indicates short term rentals are illegal in this zone and anyone participating in a short term rental would face consequences. This was unsettling and wish owner had given us a heads up before arriving."

"This cute little place is in a gated condo complex, and is close to almost everything downtown. It's directly across the street from IMMA, and the Guinness Factory and Gaol. It's a 10 min cab ride to the city center and most other attractions. We had a great time and the host was very gracious and helpful. "

"The location is a little dodgy, but you can walk into the Temple Bar area in about 15 minutes, which is convenient. The space was fine, beds were comfortable, water use made everything really loud. However, everything we needed did get a quick response and check in and check out were really easy. "

"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much.
